Cancellation Policy

By booking with Eco-Lumi LLC, you agree to the following: Scheduling & Cancellations: Please give 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations or no access upon arrival may result in a fee. However things happen so please contact me as soon as possible. Payment: I accept cash, card, or venmo What’s Included: Clients have the choice to book 1-2 hour massages sessions. Either a massage table or mobile massage chair will be used to perform the type of massage indicated by the client. A heated table pad, lambswool pads, sheets, and/or a far infrared heating pad may be used depending on the massage. I use various massage cremes and essential oils including: coconut oil, jojoba oil, castor oil, essential oils (lavender, geranium, cedar wood, rosemary, peppermint, and chamomile) arnica creams, and magnesium lotion. I will use a client's products on request. Clients must notify me of any ailments, diagnosed conditions, allergies, pregnancy, etc. These conditions may affect how I perform the massage and what products I use. Eco Promise: At Eco-Lumi LLC, your well-being and the planet’s health go hand in hand. Every massage is provided using eco-friendly oils, reusable linens, and non-toxic practices to create a space that’s pure, safe, and sustainable. Client Preparation: Please ensure that you have no contagious sicknesses and have no known infections. Ensure water, electricity, and entry access are available. If mobile massage, please have a designated space for my 6'x 3' table and me, free of objects and furniture. Satisfaction Guarantee: Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns related to your service. If you are not satisfied please contact me and we can discuss the ways to make it right. Health & Safety Pets should be secured if reactive. Unsafe environments may result in service refusal. Right to Refuse Service: Eco-Lumi LLC may decline or stop service due to safety concerns, disrespect, or unsanitary conditions.
